#1: MAKE A LIST OF THINGS TO DO. Typically, my DH and I just talk to each other about what we should do for the day. Sometimes, we don't follow our plans which is disappointing. We need to start making a list, write them down and follow them.
#2: DIVIDE/SHARE RESPONSIBILITIES. This is hard for us because we both work however sharing or dividing responsibilities at home is really not a bad plan. This is something that we can definitely talk about to make our lives at home easier.
#3: SEPARATE WORK FROM HOME. I do agree with this. Fortunately, my work allows me to leave my work mindset in my cube. I don't bring paperworks, assignments, etc for my job. My DH is the same thing. Once he is done at work, then there is nothing to worry about work at home. We sometimes talk about funny or interesting topics at home about work but that's about it.
#4: PLAN FUN ACTIVITIES AT HOME WITH FAMILY. I agree, most definitely. We watch movies, clean our cars together, go out to the mountains, etc. I like this plan because it helps refresh my mind and body with my family after the stressful days at work.

Balancing home and work is no walk in the park. I hope I can follow this list for the good of my family and myself.
