My Sister-in-Law's wedding is going to be really soon. I am very excited for her and I can't wait. My plan is to lose some pounds for her wedding. I started walking with my family on Tuesday around the neighborhood but it got too cold. I also walked on my stepper and lost like 100 calories on Friday. I am not really consistent yet but I am planning to get into schedule.
Getting into the habit of exercising is also the other reason why I started to walk. It is not only healthy for me but it also gives me more energy everyday. I hope I can reach my goal. I still have to shop for my dress (My husband does too). The kids already have their cute outfits.


I wish to lose some pounds also this summer...but I love to cook and eat!lol!
